Job summary

Brown & Wills Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of projects within a construction and property consultancy. You will own project delivery from inception to completion, engaging closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, and providing clear leadership throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to manage multiple priorities, and adept at IT and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Project Manager within a consultancy.
• Degree-educated with chartered status and 10+ years of technical experience.
• Proactive involvement in project leadership and delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong IT and reporting skills.
• Experience across retail, commercial, industrial, leisure, or healthcare sectors welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception through to completion, coordinating clients, consultants and contractors.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and practical advice throughout the project life cycle.
• Mentor and manage members of the technical delivery team.
