Are you an experienced Capital Projects Manager with a passion for delivering world-class spaces? We are partnering with a leading name in live entertainment in their search for an ambitious Project Manager to play a key role in transforming iconic venues across the UK and beyond.

We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to manage high-value capital projects across a diverse portfolio of prestigious live venues. This is a high-impact role offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to help shape the future of major cultural destinations.

The role

  • Lead the planning, procurement, and delivery of major refurbishment and capital improvement projects.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and contractor performance across multiple sites.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation including CDM, fire safety, and health & safety.
  • Develop scopes of work, tender documentation, and project reporting for internal leadership.
  • Manage risk, stakeholder engagement, and change processes across all phases.
  • Line-manage a project professional, supporting their growth and performance.
  • Collaborate with teams across technical operations, facilities, compliance, and finance.

The successful candidate

  • A proven track record of leading multi-site capital projects – ideally within property, engineering, or live entertainment.
  • Strong working knowledge of MEP systems, property regulations, and contract management.
  • Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2 essential; NEBOSH Construction ).
  • Comfortable working on-site, resolving challenges quickly, and leading under pressure.
  • Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and leadership skills.
