Job summary

FIS is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Capital Markets Professional Services organisation. You will lead a portfolio of client-facing projects across our Quantum business, working with consultants, technical specialists and client stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes while maintaining governance and commercial control.

Qualifications

Significant project management experience within financial services or enterprise software delivery.
Proven experience managing client-facing professional services projects.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of Quantum projects, including implementations, upgrades and consulting engagements.
Take ownership of project scope, budget, schedule, forecasting, governance and client communication.
Manage project financials, including resource forecasts, billing, change requests and budget tracking.
Build strong relationships with client and internal stakeholders, providing clear and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate consultants and technical specialists to ensure delivery commitments are met.
Identify, manage and communicate project risks, issues and dependencies.
