Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage project activities throughout the life cycle of the project, including the allocation of adequate resources, scheduling, documentation, and budgets;
  2. Achieve the project budget and complete accurate monthly forecasts;
  3. Act as primary liaison with clients, designers, site superintendents, subtrades and other project stakeholders;
  4. Organize project teams into suitable workgroups and guide the teams through their efforts to produce deliverables according to specification;
  5. Manage internal and/or external contractors or trades.

Qualifications:

  1. Eight or more years of experience in commercial construction;
  2. Five or more years of direct work experience in construction project management;
  3. Frequent travel to local site and off-site locations as required;
  4. Lean Construction understanding, education is an asset;
  5. Strong mentorship and coaching skills;
  6. High level of self-awareness, entrepreneurial mindset and established personal values;
  7. Understanding of corporate finance and governance.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range on offer for this role will be C$145-$157,000 (£78k-£85k) + Bonuses + Share options + Benefits.

Application Requirements:

To qualify for this fantastic opportunity, the successful candidate must have previous experience of delivering £10-£30m projects from start to finish, can demonstrate consistent employment and meet the visa requirements to be able to live and work in Canada - assistance and costs of visas will be met by the company and full advice and guidance will be offered.
