Job Purpose - Overview

The Senior Project Manager, Campaigns and Content, will lead departmental teams, manage timelines, and oversee delivery across all marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include defining comprehensive project plans, collaborating with stakeholders to clarify responsibilities, and ensuring project goals are met. The role involves close monitoring of project progress, risk management, scenario planning, and effective communication to ensure successful outcomes.

This role ensures strategic and creative excellence by managing project phases, timelines, and milestones. Stakeholder management is key, involving decision-making support for leadership and proactive risk and issue escalation. The Senior Project Manager will supervise a Project Manager, fostering their development and ensuring team achievements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery of key marketing initiatives from strategic planning to product launch, guiding all project steps collaboratively and inspiring teams.
  • Manage project scope, including strategic objectives, deliverables, and budgets, aligning team efforts accordingly.
  • Apply skills across disciplines, promoting accountability and maintaining oversight of multiple initiatives.
  • Establish and communicate project milestones, ensuring timely progress and clarity among teams.
  • Coordinate multiple departments and teams to define requirements and deliver projects efficiently.
  • Understand delivery dependencies across departments to meet briefs and support global marketing channels.
  • Protect team time and resources, facilitate creative thinking, and present solutions in meetings.
  • Drive decision-making processes with teams and senior leaders, addressing issues proactively and escalating when necessary.


Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required

  • Experience managing end-to-end processes across multiple teams for brand success.
  • Ability to interpret strategic briefs and clarify dependencies.
  • Strong facilitation of decision-making among senior stakeholders.
