Job summary

Kinly is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead AV project delivery in London or Sunbury-upon-Thames. Hybrid working is available and you’ll own schedules, budgets, and client communications across multiple projects.

You will oversee site teams, forecast invoicing, and ensure timely close-out. PRINCE2/ PMP desirable; Procore and ServiceNow experience preferred. Travel to sites will be required.

• Extensive experience delivering main contractor-led projects.
• Proven technical knowledge of Project Managing specifically in the AV integration industry.
• Ability to interface with clients and co-workers and lead staff effectively.
• Confident presenter and chair of meetings across project life-cycle.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across varying value/complexity.
• Well organised with meticulous planning skills.

Role: Senior Project Manager - AV

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: London or Sunbury-upon-Thames (hybrid working is available)

As our business and client base continues to develop further, we have a number of enviable AV projects in the pipeline for this year, and we are looking to recruit a proven AV-specific Project Manager to join our highly collaborative and talented PMO team to lead the successful delivery of all commercial facets of Audio-Visual projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner, to our clients’ satisfaction

• Full responsibility of commercial and contractual obligations of multiple projects simultaneously

• Preparing and managing project schedules and budgets

• Communicating project progress and status, both internally and with the client

• Managing project scheduling and staffing with in-house and sub-contracted labour

• Overseeing project site managers, Installers, Commissioning leads & Programmers, ensuring projects schedules are adhered to

• Ensuring that final documentation packages (i.e. O & M manuals, Record Information Packs, etc.) are prepared and contract close-out occurs in a timely manner

• Forecasting invoicing and work effort throughout portfolio

• Travelling to project/customer sites will be required in this position, as projects demand

Skills and experience:

• Extensive experience delivering main contractor-lead projects

• Proven technical knowledge of Project Managing specifically in the AV-integration industry is essential

• Ability to interface well with clients and co-workers and to lead subordinate staff effectively

• Confident presenter & chair of meetings – leading coordination of AV activities throughout the project life-cycle

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, at varying levels of value and complexity

• Well organised, with attention to detail and meticulous planning skills

• Procore & ServiceNow experience desired but not essential (Training Given)

• Able to create and manage schedules, reports, financial forecasting and budgets

• Prince2/PMP qualification or equivalent desirable.
