Senior Project Manager/ Associate – Healthcare & Education Projects

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 Days Office/ 2 Days WFH)

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Package

Capstone is working with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager/ Associate-level professional to join their London Office. The successful individual will play a pivotal role in delivering projects across the health sector, with additional exposure to higher education schemes.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional to take on greater responsibility within a collaborative environment, working alongside architects, building surveyors, and project managers. You will also have the chance to contribute to the continued growth of the project management function in London.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and deliver projects valued between £1m – £10m.
  • Manage health sector projects in live environments, with additional work in higher education.
  • Oversee full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
  • Administer contracts with a strong focus on JCT.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support the growth of the London project management function.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the built environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to operate confidently in live environments.
  • Experience of working on healthcare-related projects is highly desirable.
