Job description

We’re on the lookout for a driven and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a critical packaged software implementation, including system integration, testing, and data migration. If you're a hands-on leader with a strong delivery mindset and a knack for bringing people together to get things done, this role is for you.

In this role, you'll take charge of the end-to-end delivery of a packaged software implementation—from planning and execution to integration with back-end systems, testing, and data migration. Using a Waterfall approach, you’ll manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and risks, ensuring everything stays on track and aligned with business objectives.

You’ll lead a cross-functional team of internal staff, contractors, and third-party vendors, fostering collaboration and accountability. At the same time, you’ll engage regularly with stakeholders, keeping them informed, aligned, and confident in the path forward.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management using Waterfall methodologies

Hands-on experience delivering packaged software implementations, including system integration, data migration, and testing

Ability to lead diverse delivery teams and drive outcomes independently

Strong stakeholder relationship management capabilities

Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and reporting skills

Confident, organised, and proactive in problem-solving

Has experience in transformation programs before and was involved all the way to go-live.
