Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in investment management or asset management.
• Proven track record delivering complex business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic business transformation and AI-enabled initiatives across asset management.
• Manage multi-disciplinary programmes from initiation to implementation.
• Define scope, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies and governance.
• Assess operating models and implement digital, data and automation solutions.
• Build business cases and present to senior stakeholders.
• Deliver executive reporting and governance materials; manage risks and issues.
