Job summary

Conrad Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major commercial office developments in London, including projects valued at £100m or more. You'll oversee delivery from feasibility through construction and handover, manage multidisciplinary teams, and maintain senior stakeholder reporting while developing long-term client relationships with leading commercial developers.

Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential, and residential development experience

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager within construction consultancy.
• Proven delivery of commercial office developments valued at £100 million or more.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Please note: focus is on commercial development; residential experience is not suitable.

Responsibilities

• Manage major commercial office developments throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Lead multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams.
• Oversee programme, risk, cost and governance.
• Provide strategic advice to commercial developer clients.
• Monitor project performance and report to senior stakeholders.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for future work.
