Job Title: Project Engineering Lead

Role Summary:
Lead and coordinate all project engineering activities to ensure alignment with company standards, industry regulations, and critical deadlines. Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, driving collaboration and continuous improvement. Manage resource allocation and project prioritisation to optimise delivery. Provide technical and leadership guidance to ensure engineering challenges are effectively resolved and all project deliverables meet client and internal expectations. Monitor project progress using management tools and KPIs, ensuring transparency and accountability aligned with business goals.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred)

  • 10+ years’ relevant experience in project or industrial engineering environments

  • Chartered Engineer status preferred

  • Proven leadership in managing project engineering teams within construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors

  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols

  • Track record of delivering quality outcomes within tight deadlines

  • Proactive and results-driven, with excellent communication and reporting skills
