Job summary

Melior Associates is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of technically challenging schemes valued up to £40 million. You will own pre-construction through to delivery, directing project teams, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires a blend of technical acumen, commercial awareness, and leadership to drive outcomes on high-profile regional projects and maintain a strong project governance framework.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects valued £15m-£40m.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent health & safety knowledge.
• Tier 1 contractor experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of construction sites.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.
• Maintain high standards of quality control and compliance.

A leading Tier 1 contractor is looking to appoint an experienced, technically minded Project Manager to take responsibility for a portfolio of complex and high-profile projects valued to £40million.

With a number of technically challenging schemes due to commence in the New Year, this is an opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys working on projects where technical expertise, commercial awareness and strong leadership genuinely make a difference.

They are looking for a top-level Project Manager capable of taking ownership from pre-construction through to completion, leading project teams and delivering to the highest standards of quality, programme and safety.

This is not simply a role for someone looking to manage another project. They are looking for someone who wants to take on responsibility for challenging schemes, work alongside an experienced senior team and play a key role in the continued success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
