Cactus Search is proud to present a new opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join its client change function based in the West Midlands.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of all projects by their team, coordinating projects and managing their inter-dependencies, including oversight of risks.

They will provide overall integrity and coherence across all projects, maintaining a collaborative environment that supports individual projects through a PMO governance framework, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of programmes and projects.

What we need you to have…

1. At least 5 years of experience delivering projects
2. Prince2 Practitioner or APM certification
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to a range of audiences and act as a translator between parties when needed
4. Superb stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
5. Able to motivate others and lead change
6. Good influencing skills
7. Able to challenge constructively
8. Previous people management experience
9. Solid understanding of IT release and deployment processes
10. Excellent understanding of multiple change management methodologies
