Senior Project Manager
The successful Senior Project Manager will work closely with project teams throughout delivery and will:
- Act as the first point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
- Assist with various project applications as part of the project management team.
- Track projects accurately and in detail on the project management platform.
- Ensure all work meets contractual requirements, is delivered on time, within budget, and maintains high quality.
- Attend meetings at site and/or external offices.
- Organize meetings, write minutes, and summarize action points.
- Prepare documentation and relevant updates before meetings.
- Monitor project progress and promptly alert Project Directors to any issues.
- Produce regular progress reports proactively.
- Communicate professionally with suppliers, customers, and subcontractors verbally and in writing.
- Oversee and track project management with minimal supervision.
- Follow the company's project management and quality control procedures.
- Build strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
About the requirements:
- Completed or about to complete a relevant qualification (degree or professional qualification from a Chartered Body).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Responsible for high-quality output and understanding its contribution to the project or programme.
- Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated through daily actions and engagement.
