Senior Project Manager
Purpose of the job

To lead, direct, coordinate, and implement one or several key projects with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring delivery of customer requirements and meeting Nuvia's performance and profit margins. The role requires meeting time, quality, and cost targets while ensuring project safety and compliance within highly regulated sectors.

Reports to

Project Sponsor and/or Business Area Director

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage existing projects mid-cycle for continued successful delivery.
  • Establish communication and project launch strategies for new projects.
  • Prepare proposals and specifications under supervision.
  • Plan, monitor, and control project costs, resources, and schedules with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Support technical leads to ensure relevant solutions are applied.
  • Supervise project teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Assess and mitigate project risks.
  • Deliver projects according to the Project Management Plan (PMP).
Efficient & Effective Handover of Existing Projects

Conduct review meetings, appraise current project status, understand requirements, and facilitate a smooth transition with stakeholders.

Project Launch and Communication Setup

Hold initial meetings, establish resources, set up communication routes, and maintain stakeholder engagement.

Project Planning and Documentation
  • Develop Project Management Plan, Procurement Strategy, Safety Plan, and Document Schedule.
  • Establish budgets, WBS, and accounting structures.
  • Prepare proposals, specifications, and subcontractor documents.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Manage tender processes, assess costs, and oversee subcontractor performance.
