This is a great opportunity for an experienced freelance or permanent Project Manager to work with a multi-million-pound company who are looking for a Senior Project Manager to play apivotal role in managing their clients in key gas transmission asset upgrades.

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced organisation and will be leading a design and build project which will involve installing a 15mw gas turbine compressor. You will be based in Warrington.

This is a two-stage project and some flexibility for working from home will be considered for the design stage. During construction the role will be based full time on site.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager role:

• You will be responsible for ensuring that work is carried out within the project requirements and timescales.
• Manage the companies' obligations and rights under the contract
• Manage the design partner and process
• Provide up to date and accurate reports and presentations
• Promote high standards of health & safety and environmental management

Experience required for this Senior Project Manager role:

• 10+years relevant experience preferably with a construction/energy/engineering background
• Experience of design and build projects is essential
• Technical knowledge of gas process systems would be advantageous
• Working knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations
• Awareness of key aspects of commercial management
