Job description

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor the end-to-end delivery of iPro implementations for customers in the UK, ensuring that the project scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met.
• Manage account relationships and expectations of the customers, providing regular updates, feedback, and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating them when necessary and proposing appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external project teams, including sales, product, engineering, quality assurance, and support, to ensure alignment and integration of project deliverables and dependencies.
• Provide leadership and direction to the project team, delegating tasks, resolving conflicts, and motivating team members.
• Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions, capturing feedback, insights, and best practices for future projects.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation team.

Job Requirements

• Must live in the UK.
• Must be able to travel approximately 25% of the time, depending on project volume and stage.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of proven experience managing large, complex software implementation projects, preferably in the medical or healthcare domain within the UK.
• Strong knowledge of the medical software industry, products, regulations, and NHS operations.
