Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor the end-to-end delivery of iPro implementations for customers in the UK, ensuring that the project scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met.
- Manage account relationships and expectations of the customers, providing regular updates, feedback, and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating them when necessary and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external project teams, including sales, product, engineering, quality assurance, and support, to ensure alignment and integration of project deliverables and dependencies.
- Provide leadership and direction to the project team, delegating tasks, resolving conflicts, and motivating team members.
- Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions, capturing feedback, insights, and best practices for future projects.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation team.
Job Requirements
- Must live in the UK.
- Must be able to travel approximately 25% of the time, depending on project volume and stage.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of proven experience managing large, complex software implementation projects, preferably in the medical or healthcare domain within the UK.
- Strong knowledge of the medical software industry, products, regulations, and NHS operations.

- Proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
- Knowledge of data integration with EMR systems (HL7, VPN) is a plus.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Ability to work in an environment that isn’t fully established and drive standards and consistency.
