Job summary

Wates North West is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring safety, quality, programme and commercial objectives are met. You will collaborate with clients, consultants and supply chain partners, delivering strong leadership to project teams and creating an inclusive, high-performance culture across the business.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring safety, quality, programme and commercial objectives are achieved.

Working closely with clients, consultants and supply chain partners, you'll provide visible leadership to project teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion and high performance.

You will:
