We’re seeking top Project Management talent to join our Delivery team as a Senior Project Manager.

You will play a key role in transforming Ann Summers through end-to-end delivery of business change projects, often with a technology component, aligned with our strategic roadmap for brand growth.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Spearhead projects, collaborating with your Project Lead and Board-level Sponsor.
  2. Leverage knowledge and skills of subject matter experts and technical teams for informed decisions.
  3. Operate within our project management methodologies for effective delivery.
  4. Maintain governance frameworks to keep the Board informed on progress, milestones, and risks.
  5. Manage project documentation, including plans, RAID logs, RACI matrices, financial and project reports, and communications.
  6. Ensure documentation accurately reflects project status and expectations.
  7. Collaborate across departments to deliver project scope.
  8. Build strong relationships across the business and understand various aspects of the company.
  9. Close projects effectively post-launch and through hypercare to realize benefits.
  10. Promote our community of practice and become a recognized authority in Project Management.
  11. Align with company values, promoting inclusive working practices.

Candidate Requirements

  1. Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, preferably in retail, hospitality, or leisure.
  2. Passion for delivering value and outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  4. Problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
  5. Strong stakeholder management abilities.
  6. Ability to embody Ann Summers’ values in all actions.
