Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Wales seeks a Senior – Project Management to lead delivery across advanced technology and data centre schemes while expanding the Wales business. You will act as a senior client interface, building trusted regional and national relationships and guiding bids, proposals and client presentations.

You will mentor teams, drive continuous improvement, and promote a culture of inclusion, high performance, and excellent delivery in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Chartered status required (MRICS or equivalent).
• Strong experience delivering complex, high-value projects including advanced technology/mission-critical environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships at a senior level.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract delivery and commercial management.
• Solid understanding of the Welsh and wider UK construction market.

As part of our continued growth in Wales, we are seeking a Senior – Project Management with experience in delivering advanced technology facilities and data centre programmes, alongside broader infrastructure and built environment sectors. Your role

About You

You will bring:

• Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent professional qualification).
• Strong experience delivering complex, high-value projects, ideally including advanced technology or mission-critical environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships at a senior level.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract project delivery and commercial management.
• A strong understanding of the Welsh and wider UK construction market.
• A track record in winning work and developing client relationships.
