TE Connectivity’s Engineering Project Management Teams manage cross-functional engineering projects. They collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions across TE to ensure projects meet financial, schedule, and customer expectations. Responsibilities include defining and creating project schedules, portfolio management, communication and execution of programs, identifying resource constraints, and working with management for resolution, all while adhering to LeanPD processes.

TE Connectivity's Digital Data Networks Business Unit is seeking a strong Account Manager to drive sales, accountability, and engagement. This position will be located in the UK and will cover the UK and Ireland regions. The candidate will be responsible for implementing a sales strategy to increase sales, improve engagement, enhance interaction, and strengthen our market position. Key activities include sales interactions, providing technical solutions, training and development, executing market plans, and growing market share and revenue.

Your main tasks:
  • Managing all aspects of Project Management from inception to completion
  • Leading Risk Management and Risk Assessment activities
  • Developing the Project Business Case with the Business Office
  • Defining requirements for the product(s) being developed
  • Reporting on project status and ensuring progress against the plan
  • Escalating issues and utilizing change controls as needed
  • Collaborating with global multidisciplinary teams to engineer and manufacture products in a regulated environment
  • Managing project budgets and liaising with procurement for timely acquisition of goods and materials
  • Engaging with customers and suppliers globally
What your background should look like:
