Hertfordshire County Council is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex transformation across health and social care, delivering change across partnerships in Hertfordshire. Starting Salary: £48,226 progressing to £53,460 per annum (pro rata for part time) - Pay award pending
Hours:37 hours per week
Location:Countywide, hybrid working. Office based is at Farnham House (Stevenage), with frequent travel required to other offices in Hertfordshire.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex projects that support the transformation of health and social care services across Hertfordshire. You will be responsible for driving change across organisational boundaries, influencing senior leaders and ensuring successful delivery of strategic priorities within a complex partnership environment. You will work closely with stakeholders across health and social care organisations, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, frameworks, and standards.

This role is open to secondments for eligible employees who work for HCC. If you wish to apply on a secondment basis, you must have your line manager’s approval before submitting your application.
