  • Enhanced Annual Leave - 25 days of holidays + bank holidays
  • Health Care Cash Plan - offering cashback on a range of essential healthcare costs
  • Group Personal Pension Plan
  • Health and Wellbeing Programme

Why Join Us?

  • Personal Growth – Develop your leadership and project skills with supportive management and ongoing opportunities.
  • Work That Travels – Expect a mix of onsite and offsite work — some travel and weekend flexibility required.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, from concept to completion.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with strategic goals.
  • Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and reporting.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and compliance standards are upheld.
  • Support and mentor project team members and contractors.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong knowledge of temporary structures, site surveys, and supplier management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • A calm, collaborative approach to working under pressure.
