The ideal candidate will be internally driven to excel in project management and customer success, and continuously engage internal staff and clients. They will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of projects and providing a ‘centre of excellence service’ to projects running across the rest of the business.
You will be working with a group of highly skilled and passionate team members to deliver bespoke, cutting-edge solutions for our customers.You willwork across operational delivery and the Product team. You will hold responsibility for, coordination, implementation, and project and programme completion of projects..

Key Responsibilities:
·Lead planning and implementation of projects initiation through to completion
·Work directly with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives in line withour solutions
·Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and technical support
·Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders, providing updates and adjusting project plans as necessary
·Provide training and support to clients and ensure smooth transition to the customer success team post-implementation
·Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resources
·Monitor and report on the success of implementations, including adoption rates, customer feedback, and overall project performance
·Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices
·Manage risks from start-up throughout the lifecycle of projects, providing ongoing support and RAID logs
·Manage customer expectations and address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
The Successful Candidate will have:
ESSENTIAL
·A minimum of 5 years experience in project management or implementation roles
·Demonstrable experience driving delivery milestones, ensuring they are met within budgetary, contractual and timescale constraints
·A degree from a recognised university or equivalent experience
·The ability to work under pressure and prioritise accordingly
·Effective communication skills, stakeholder management and client facing experience
PREFERRED
·A recognised project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 or PMP)
·Manager level experience within Software Development
