We have a great opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Senior Project Manager to take the lead on an Industrial project with a Tier 1 Main Contractor.
About the role of Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager will be managing a team on an industrial project, taking the project from earthworks through to completion. You will lead your team holding ultimate responsibility the client liaison, design development, smooth and timely progress of construction on site and financial control plus safety and quality control. The earthworks are underway with Main works due to start at the end of the year.
- Managing the full construction process, the programme and site teams
- Make strategic decisions to drive the project forward, provide great leadership and direction design, commercial and site staff
Requirements for Senior Project Manager
- To be considered for this position you must have a previous background working on industrial projects or similar projects
- High standards and attention to detail
- Previous experience managing construction projects over £25m
- Be able to drive the project and be a strong leader with excellent communication skills
