Job summary

MoveATech in Salisbury is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction and built environment projects in a hybrid setting. You will ensure delivery to time, budget and quality, engaging with clients and regulators and directing multi-disciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates will have substantial senior PM experience in construction, NEC contract familiarity, and a track record of strong leadership, risk management and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Senior PM experience in construction projects.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and administration.
• Ability to manage programmes, budgets, risks across stages.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of risk transfer and mitigation.
• Eligibility for SC level security clearance; British nationals only.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, management and monitoring to meet objectives, timescales, budgets.
• Produce key project documents (PID, EPP, risk registers, progress updates).
• Manage performance, resources, risks and spend across RIBA stages.
• Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, consultants and regulators.
• Prepare reports, capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

Senior Project Manager - Salisbury (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take a leading role in the successful delivery of complex construction and built environment projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a secure, technically demanding environment, supporting a prestigious government client and contributing to projects where precision, professionalism and strong stakeholder engagement truly matter.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the planning, management and monitoring of projects to achieve agreed objectives, timescales, budgets and quality standards.
• Producing and maintaining key project documents, including Project Initiation Documents, Project Execution Plans, strategy reports, risk registers and progress updates.
• Managing project performance, resources, risks and financial expenditure throughout all RIBA stages.
• Building strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, consultants, delivery partners and regulatory bodies.
• Preparing reports, capturing lessons learned and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

• Strong experience in a Senior Project Manager or similar role within a construction environment.
• Good knowledge of NEC contracts and experience administering them.
• The ability to manage programmes, budgets, risks and project delivery across multiple stages.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• A clear understanding of risk identification, mitigation, management and transfer.
• Eligibility to obtain SC level security clearance; applicants must be British nationals.
