A prime residential refurbishment main contractor is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their growing team.

The Project Manager will be responsible for looking after 1 x £10 - £12 million Prime Refurbishment in London. The larger the Project Manager will join a young and hungry team who's desire to push on and become one of the best Prime Resi Main contractors over the next 5 years. (They're already doing a great job towards that target)

The company

The company is currently experiencing a flurry of winning multiple contracts alongside a currently impressive portfolio of jobs.

The company are a 30 + strong team, turn over approximately £20 million with over 10 years experience in the market as a business + more as individuals.

They have a great reputation, get to work on some of London's finest properties and are experiencing good growth. These projects are the epitome of luxury.

The Project Manager's Role

The successful Project Manager will be responsible for the program, design, reporting and day to day management of their team.

You'll be responsible for the Site teams, Progress and creating and staying on top of the program.
