Your new role

Based in Rayleigh, you’ll take the helm of a major infrastructure scheme to upgrade one of Essex’s busiest junctions, you will lead all construction activity, overseeing the delivery of a new interchange, pedestrian bridge, road widening, and associated works.

In short you will

• Lead and manage a project team, clearly setting objectives and expectations
• Act as the senior site representative, building strong relationships with the client and stakeholders
• Manage design delivery and direction, including BIM integration
• Regularly inspect works, review safety performance, and implement improvements

About you

You’ll be a confident and experienced leader with a solid background in delivering major infrastructure projects.

You will be able to tick off all of the below:

• A formal qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• A valid CSCS card
• Previous experience managing large infrastructure or highway projects
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and design coordination
• CEng status ( but not essential)
