Your new role

Based in Rayleigh, you'll take the helm of a major infrastructure scheme to upgrade one of Essex's busiest junctions. You will lead all construction activity, overseeing the delivery of a new interchange, pedestrian bridge, road widening, and associated works.

In short you will

1. Lead and manage a project team, clearly setting objectives and expectations.
2. Act as the senior site representative, building strong relationships with the client and stakeholders.
3. Manage design delivery and direction, including BIM integration.
4. Regularly inspect works, review safety performance, and implement improvements.

About you

You'll be a confident and experienced leader with a solid background in delivering major infrastructure projects.

You will be able to tick off all of the below:

1. A formal qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
2. A valid CSCS card.
3. Previous experience managing large infrastructure or highway projects.
4. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and design coordination.
5. CEng status (preferred but not essential).
