The Role:

The Source-to-Pay programme aims to modernize procurement processes by integrating sourcing, procurement, and invoicing into a seamless end-to-end solution. This transformation improves operational efficiency, enhances supplier collaboration, and provides real-time supply chain visibility.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the EIT elements within the Product Portfolio on the Global Source to Pay Type-4 transformation project.
• Coordinate and project manage internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage resource planning, including availability, allocation, and tracking, supporting daily operations and transformation activities.
• Develop detailed project plans with dependencies and milestones.
• Create, forecast, and manage project budgets.
• Communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and interested parties.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including delivery plans, status reports, risk logs, and change management records.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships.
