Due to continued success and strategic growth plans for 2024, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their professional team.

Role Overview

This newly created position is ideal for a proactive individual experienced in managing full project lifecycles within a high-tech environment. The Project Manager will oversee project programs and objectives, ensuring successful execution of activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and assess major risk factors affecting project timelines and costs, including long lead items, complex design requirements, and resource challenges.
2. Build and coach the project team through milestones, resolving challenges as they arise.
3. Develop solutions with clients and resolve complex project issues.
4. Assess project risks at initiation and understand contractual terms with clients.
5. Manage multiple projects (GBP 500k to GBP 15m), maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring project success.

Candidate Profile

Successful candidates should have extensive experience in materials handling and automation solutions, with a proven track record in high-value technical projects. Qualifications should include at least an HND or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline. Strong commercial acumen, particularly in time and cost control, is essential.
