Senior Project Manager - Salary circa £65,000

A bit about the job:

We operate a flexible resource pool across our General Insurance portfolio, and therefore you could be involved in driving the following types of large-scale transformation activity:

1. Major platform upgrades and SaaS adoption
2. M&A and technology integration
3. Technology innovation, harnessing GenAI, Automation, and data
4. Enhancing pricing strategies and broker solutions through digital technology

The position holder will have the ability to monitor and report on project progress and adherence to project plans, manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate governance, whilst ensuring accurate project documentation control.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

1. Experience leading complex technology and business change with annual budgets up to £5mn.
2. Experience working within a highly regulated, financial services environment.
3. Broad experience/knowledge of insurance enterprise technologies, e.g., Snowflake, Guidewire, Salesforce, Earnix, ICE, with experience of emerging technologies such as GenAI, Automation, and Data solutions.
4. Stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
5. Experience working with third-party suppliers, including delivery management.

• Starting salary circa £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
