Newcastle (On-site, 5 days/week – Flexible Hours)

£60,000 – £75,000 DOE (2 roles available: Project Manager and Senior Project Manager)

A global leader in critical safety and medical technology is seeking a Senior Project Manager and a Project Manager to join their established R&D team. This role will be based on skillset and knowledge.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead projects from initiation to delivery, managing scope, timelines & budgets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Identify & mitigate project risks and issues
• Ensure compliance with governance & quality standards (e.g., ISO)
• Senior PMs: take on high-value, complex projects & mentor others

What we’re looking for

• 2-3 years of experience in a project manager position, 5 years + experience required for the senior project manager position.
• Proven delivery of technical, engineering, IT, or R&D projects
• Strong organisational & communication skills
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Track record managing high-complexity, high-value projects
