Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from survey through installation. You will adopt a strategic, hands-on approach, collaborating closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Budgeting & Cost Management: Manage budgets to meet projections and timelines.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead project teams and foster collaboration among managers.
- Forecasting & Roadmap Development: Create clear project roadmaps with specific goals and resources.
- Resource Allocation: Prioritize and allocate resources effectively across projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships and provide regular updates on performance.
- Project Planning & Execution: Ensure smooth delivery by managing timelines and resources.
- Performance Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve project delivery.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor project costs to maintain a balanced P&L.
- Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with internal teams and lead customer review meetings.
- Escalation Point: Serve as the main escalation contact in the absence of the Account Manager.
Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience managing complex physical projects in hospitality and retail sectors.
- Proven leadership skills, including mentoring and managing both office-based and remote teams.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, data, power, and Wi-Fi systems.
- Strong budget management and cost control abilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office.
- Customer-focused with a track record of building strong client relationships.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel across the UK, holding a full UK driving license.
