Senior Project Manager

Job Description

A growing Engineering company is hiring a Senior Project Manager to join their team working on a mix of substation and BESS projects across the north west area. The company specializes in the Power, Renewables, and Rail sector across the UK and has a number of projects in the pipeline.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be working on a variety of HV substation projects from 132kV up to 400kV, managing various engineering teams and sub-contractors. You will also have responsibility over the profit and loss accounts and financial aspects of the projects.

The company is looking for the following experience:

1. Strong project management experience on HV substation projects (132kV and above)
2. Experience of financial management of projects
3. Good understanding of DNO and Grid processes (beneficial)
4. Completion of UK power projects

The Senior Project Manager role will offer:

1. Day rate up to £650
2. Site-based role with occasional work from home (maximum of 1 day a week depending on the project).
