Currie & Brown is expanding its Manchester Project Management team, seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead projects across Healthcare, Education, and Logistics/Manufacturing sectors. You will own programmes, manage stakeholders, and guide multidisciplinary teams to successful outcomes in a dynamic regional practice.

The role offers exposure to high-profile public and private sector clients, opportunities to mentor colleagues, and a chance to shape major developments in the North

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead complex healthcare, education and logistics/manufacturing projects.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management in a consultancy, client-side or contractor environment.
  • Experience overseeing programmes, budgets, procurement and risk within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Chartered status (APM, RICS, CIOB or equivalent) or working towards it would be advantageous.
  • Degree-qualified in construction related field as a baseline requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful delivery of Healthcare, Education and Logistics/Manufacturing projects from inception through to completion.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing stakeholder relationships and providing strategic project leadership.
  • Oversee project programmes, budgets, procurement, risk management and governance to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams, driving performance, quality and client satisfaction.
  • Support business growth, mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the continued success of the Manchester Project Management team.

As our North West business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Manchester team, leading the successful delivery of projects across the Healthcare, Education, and Logistics/Manufacturing sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile public and private sector clients, taking ownership of complex programmes and helping to shape some of the region's most important developments.

What you'll do

  • Lead the successful delivery of Healthcare, Education and Logistics/Manufacturing projects from inception through to completion.

About you

  • Degree qualified in Construction Management, Project Management, Building Surveying, Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience delivering construction projects within the Healthcare, Education and/or Logistics & Manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong project leadership, stakeholder management and client-facing skills, gained within a consultancy, client-side or contractor environment.
  • Commercially aware, with experience managing programmes, budgets, procurement and project risk.
  • Chartered status (APM, RICS, CIOB or equivalent) or working towards professional accreditation would be advantageous.
