We are entering an exciting new phase of growth and are seeking an experienced, driven Senior Project Manager to join our team — effectively serving as the right hand to the CEO. This is a high-impact leadership role offering significant autonomy and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from concept to completion
• Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities
• Manage site logistics, H&S compliance, and risk assessments

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
• Strong network of subcontractors, suppliers, and industry professionals
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Outstanding customer relations skills, with the ability to manage client expectations professionally
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Health & Safety standards
• Experience working in multinational and cross-cultural teams
• Foreign language skills — particularly in Eastern European languages — are a plus but not essential.
