Scope of the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Delivery, the Senior Project Manager takes responsibility for the day-to-day management of Tech projects to ensure successful project delivery in terms of timescale, cost, and scope. The Senior Project Manager will manage several parallel projects and coordinate the resources of both internal and external teams to ensure successful project outcomes that align with strategic objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of large-scale projects.
- Ensure all projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve their intended outcomes.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress.
- Define and schedule resources for project/programme implementation, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projects.
- Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders, executives, and team members.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
- Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Identify and solve project issues efficiently.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Mentor and guide junior team members and cross-functional teams.

Skills & Experience Required:
- PMP or Prince2 Certification or equivalent desirable.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in Engineering or Technology related field.
- Previous experience in Senior Project Management and/or IT Management with successful project deployment.
- Significant experience in coordinating/supporting IT business processes.
- Proven scheduling and budgeting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented and proactive in managing priorities.
