The Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive the strategic implementation of our product vision for our MAST (Market Abuse Surveillance Tool) and CaaS (Calculation as a Service) offerings. You'll be involved in both medium and long-term projects and work closely with other cross-functional Project Managers to organise short-term "sprints" and product release cycles.

The position suits those who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have a reasonable technical understanding and proven project management skills in the financial services or technology industries.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of project delivery: scheduling, sourcing, problem analysis, build/customisation, QA, system integration, user acceptance testing, production implementation, customer migration/activation.
• Help to establish and monitor project timelines, query logs and resource plans.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure deadlines and quality requirements are met.
• Ask probing questions to uncover dependencies and resource conflicts and to ensure high-quality testing before release.
• Work with senior internal stakeholders to successfully deliver the projects on time, providing regular status updates for full transparency.
• Help to implement best practices and work in an agile manner to meet the demands of our customers and the ever-evolving needs of the business.

Main Skills/Competencies:

• Proven expertise as a Project Manager.
• Demonstrable experience successfully delivering projects of varying scale according to outlined scope and timelines.
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven and willing to constantly assess ways in which processes can be improved.
• Strong interpersonal skills with noted experience dealing with senior stakeholders.
• Time management and delegation skills with an ability to cope under pressure and prioritise work effectively.
• Financial markets experience desirable.
