Senior Project Manager

Salary £70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus + Package

A boutique construction and development consultancy in Central London are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join their team working within the commercial sector. The company works with some of the UK’s leading commercial developers, landlords and real estate funds and high net worth individuals. They deliver high quality commercial, residential and mixed use development and refurbishment projects across central London.

About the Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in undertaking contract administration and employers agent on JCT contracts, overseeing the successful delivery of commercial office projects, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality, cost, and time. You will be responsible for leading project teams, liaising with key stakeholders, and ensuring that all projects comply with regulations and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Leading delivery of commercial and residential projects from inception to completion
  • Employer’s Agent / Contract Administrator role
  • Working with a high level of autonomy
  • Building relationships with consultants and clients
  • Proactive approach to your project works
  • Provide innovative solutions to improve project delivery

Requirements

  • A construction related degree or a degree in Project Management is preferred
  • Employer’s Agent or Contract Administration experience
  • Experience across the full project life cycle
  • Experience of taking projects through planning process
  • Experience dealing with new build, refurbishment or fit out within commercial sectors
  • The role will be client facing and strong written and verbal communication skills will be required
  • Technical knowledge of the skills of a Project Manager
  • MRICS or MCIOB qualification needed.
