About this opportunity: Senior Project Manager, responsible for providing Project Management services focusing on delivering real estate developments to the client’s vision and business objectives, with an emphasis on project initiation to contract, understanding of construction stages, and handover.

Who we’re looking for:

• Experience in delivering projects from RIBA 0-3.
• Understanding of Town Planning processes.
• Knowledge of all development stages from masterplan to building operation.
• Understanding of project viability and deliverability.
• Advising clients on strategic delivery options.
• Post-qualification project management experience.
• Proficiency in project management techniques.
• Ability to create development delivery programmes using software like Asta Powerproject.
• Understanding of construction contracts and legislation impacting building contracts.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Methodical approach to work and ability to absorb complex information.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiating, financial, and numeracy skills.
• Proficiency in ICT tools like MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Team management and collaboration skills.
