As a Senior Project Manager, you will serve as the main interface with all key stakeholders during lift installation projects. You will coordinate activities to ensure project objectives are achieved within the scheduled time and budget, using approved KONE methodologies and tools. You will maintain daily contact with clients, subcontractors, and KONE colleagues (supervisors, fitters, quantity surveyors, planners, document controllers), ensuring smooth collaboration.

What would a typical day look like?

• You will oversee and monitor the execution of installation projects.
• You will be the primary contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns.
• You will review project proposals to determine timelines, funding, procedures, staffing, and resource allocation.
• You will establish work plans and staffing for each project phase.
• You will oversee the planning of material delivery and storage at the site.
• You will coordinate project team activities to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
• You will strive to be an energizing leader who motivates others and exceeds customer expectations.

What will help you succeed in this role?

• Strong project management skills, especially for large and complex projects.
• Experience in the lift industry or in engineering/construction project management.
• Proven ability to manage projects at a site level within a commercial environment.
• Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Planning and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to coordinate complex projects.
