We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of amenities such as bars, restaurants, swimming pools, and more, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle from preconstruction to delivery, ensuring all milestones are met
Manage the design, planning, and execution of amenities, including bars, restaurants, swimming pools, and other facilities
Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
Maintain the highest standards of quality and safety throughout the project
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, managing resources effectively
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in delivering amenities for residential new build schemes
Strong background in managing projects from concept to completion, including bars, restaurants, swimming pools, etc
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
