Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Base Location: Leeds

Salary: Up to £55,795 depending on skills and experience - Plus a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday – Thursday 7.30am-3.30pm, Friday 7.30-3pm

What will I be doing in this role?

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to work with in a team that is forward thinking offer great training and development opportunities. Working with in the fast paced Highways electrical environment on the Leeds PFI .

In a typical day, you could expect to be;

• Leading and Managing a team of direct Staff and sub-contractors
• client interfacing
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ensuring we deliver outstanding service to our clients and the general public
• Providing high level reports to stakeholders
• Managing day to day activities through effective planning and programming
  
  

What do I need to be successful in the role?

• Good Managerial Background
• Electrical Knowledge would be a benefit but not essential
• Strong Highways/Civil Engineering experience
• Ability to work well within a team
• Strong problem solving capabilities
• Proven track record in delivering efficiency savings
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Appreciation of health and safety legislation
  
  

Some of our ‘nice to haves’ are;

• We would look for you to hold A SMSTS qualification or equivalent
• A good Knowledge of Highways legislation and permitting
• A proven Background in Project Management
• A Full UK driving Licence
