Job Description:

Are you an experienced Project Manager currently working for a Construction Consultancy in the Yorkshire area?

Are you working long hours, with minimal support? Is there limited growth prospects where you are?

Do you have the following experience?

1. Ideally a professional membership - MRICS, CHPP, MCIOB, etc.
2. At least 5 years' experience.
3. Pre and post contract experience, covering at least RIBA stages 2-7.
4. Comfortable administering a contract; JCT, NEC, etc.
5. Good range of experience in Property / Real Estate sectors.
6. Do you live in West, East, or South Yorkshire?
