Job summary

Technical Futures Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead SatComms/RF/Space/Defence projects, delivering multiple end-to-end initiatives in RF electronics and physical products. This hybrid role combines office and home working with a competitive package.

You will manage bids and costings, coordinate engineering and manufacturing, and drive projects from concept to product realization while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and commercial awareness.

Senior Project Manager - SatComms / RF / Space / Defence / Aerospace - Hybrid - Competitive Package. A Senior Project Manager with proven experience of simultaneously delivering a range of complex R&D / NPI projects of varying duration within RF Electronics, SatComms, Space, Defence or Aerospace environments (involving physical products), will join an award-winning High-Tech company offering Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 WFH), Company Bonus, 25 days holiday, enhanced Pension Plan, Life Assurance and more.

Please note: a background in IT / Enterprise / Transformation Project Management will not be considered.

The successful Project Programme Manager will ideally be qualified to Degree level; will hold a Project Management qualification and have a strong track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously across varying timescales (from one week to many months) as well as having experience in managing end-to-end physical product development from concept, through manufacturing to product realization.

Requirements for this Senior Project Manager include:

• Project Management within a medium sized Company within an RF Electronics, SatComms, Defence or Space/Aerospace industry.
• Proven Project and/or Programme Management of complex multi-disciplinary Engineering & Manufacturing projects involving physical products.
• Degree / HNC / HND in Engineering + PM qualification.
• Simultaneously delivering a range of projects of varying lengths from one week up to many months.
• Experience supporting bids, sales activities and project costings.

Applications are sought from Project Managers with the ability to deliver complex R&D / NPI Manufacturing Engineering projects, who have good commercial awareness and strong stakeholder management skills.
