Job summary

Apache Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end software implementation initiatives, with a focus on SaaS solutions and ERP systems. Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in SaaS implementations and a passion for delivering complex technology projects?

We’re working with an organisation looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end software implementation projects, with a particular focus on SaaS solutions and ideally ERP systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused professional who can take ownership of large-scale projects, manage senior stakeholders and ensure successful implementation from planning through to go-live.

The Role

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines and budgets.
• Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies and resources.
• Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, third-party vendors and senior leadership.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement, project governance and regular reporting.
• Drive implementation activities, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Identify and manage risks, resolving issues proactively to keep projects on track.
• Support business change and ensure solutions deliver the expected outcomes.

About You

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end SaaS implementation projects.
• Ideally, experience implementing ERP systems or other complex enterprise software solutions.
• Strong project management, planning and delivery skills.
• Confident managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing budgets, risks, dependencies and project governance.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• A track record of delivering projects successfully within scope, time and budget.
