Overview
Redcentric requires a talented Senior Project Manager to join their internal Digital Transformation team. The ideal candidate is highly focused, positive, an exceptional communicator, and thrives on empowerment while managing obstacles effectively. Working directly under the Head of Programmes and alongside a Community of Practice, the successful candidate will have an excellent opportunity to lead and support a diverse range of Digital Transformation Programmes and Projects, contributing to the success of the CTO Division and the wider business.
Aim Of The Role
- Bring calm to chaos and support the business in translating their needs into a Project or Programme roadmap that delivers value at the right time.
- Proactively manage and support Projects or Programmes across Redcentric's Digital Transformation portfolio, contributing to strategic growth through planning, stewardship, and governance.
- Contribute to and tailor Project or Programme governance strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Communicate clearly and purposefully, influencing C-Suite and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
- Manage change effectively through an established governance model, employing robust risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the Head of Programmes and the Community of Practice in defining and demonstrating excellence, inspiring others.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Initiate & Plan: Agree desired outcomes with sponsors and stakeholders, translating requirements into a project roadmap.
- Governance & Quality: Ensure quality and governance, tailoring approaches from a contributing governance framework, and ensure stakeholder understanding and responsibility.
- Communication & Reporting: Communicate effectively, set meeting agendas, ensure understanding of milestones and timelines, and manage risks.
- Leadership: Lead by example, motivate and mentor colleagues, support in setting priorities, and resolve conflicts.
- Wellbeing: Assess workload risks, support colleagues' health and wellbeing, and intervene timely when needed.
- Personal Development & Innovation: Contribute to the Community of Practice, lead by example in adopting best practices, and pursue personal growth opportunities.
