Job summary

Verto People Ltd seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a major data centre project in North Finland. The role is permanent and offers travel and accommodation support, with a bonus structure and rotation patterns.

You will coordinate with developers, consultants, contractors and utilities, and act as a key contact throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery in a mission-critical environment.

Senior Project Manager

North Finland

Up to £125,000 + Bonus

A Senior Project Manager is required to lead the delivery of a major data centre project in North Finland. This permanent role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the full project lifecycle, working with a main contractor on a mission-critical construction environment.

The role is suited to an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background delivering large-scale construction projects, ideally with data centre or mission-critical experience. Various rotation patterns are available, with travel and accommodation support provided.

The Senior Project Manager Role:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from concept through to completion
• Manage delivery of a hyperscale data centre project, ensuring completion on time, within budget and to agreed scope
• Coordinate with developers, consultants, contractors and utility providers
• Act as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee project progress, delivery milestones and stakeholder communication
• Work closely with the main contractor team to ensure successful project execution

Senior Project Manager Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects from start to finish
• Main contractor experience within a data centre or mission-critical environment (essential)
• Experience managing complex construction projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong project leadership and delivery skills
• Previous experience working as a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager or similar construction delivery role
• Data centre or mission-critical project experience is highly desirable
