GI Group are now seeking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to our client based in London. Our client is a charity responsible for caring for some of the most famous parks in the world and their associated assets.
Main Duties of the Senior Project Manager:
- Deliver on a range of public-facing projects from inception to completion
- Management and oversight of maintenance related projects
- Line management of a multi-disciplinary team
- Budgetary responsibility for maintenance projects
- Responsibility for the procurement and administration of the Builders Framework
Role Requirements:
- Prince 2 Foundation qualification or relevant experience
- Extensive experience managing a diverse range of projects
- Experience of leading a team
- Experience of managing contractors and ensuring that work is completed within agreed standards
- Strong report-writing and analytical skills
